[@Kho]Do we get khookies if our post is not written from the hero's perspective?

EDIT: and how do we -- get them to begin with? Say I want to start a cult with Ch'eater; well, first I have to get khookies. But to get khookies I have to do stuff. Do I make a post outlining Cherry-Eater...not doing anything?
