[indent][color=red]A girl with pale white hair, eyes, and complexion. Her short stoutness is nothing to concern herself with as she’s quite accepting of her stature as a whole. It is suggested that she was a much more vibrant person before the development of her powers but she’ll neither deny nor confirm these claims.[/color][/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=red]What little Reika can remember of her past is nothing but a waking nightmare. She can recall that she once lived in a small town that convinced itself that the five year peace put in place would last forever. So determined were they to believe in these delusional lies that, like their ancestors before them, they were unable to detect the attack of the Moonmen until it was much too late.

Reika clearly remembers an average day at school turned twisted with screams and the sound of consumption echoing all around her…before a soothing blackness overtook her. When she woke up, the corpses of those she used to know along with some of the Moonmen surrounded her on all sides.

Naturally the Coalition arrived and brought her in. As the only survivor of her town, it was only obvious that they question the young girl, running various tests in an attempt to discover how she, an ordinary youth, had survived such a massacre. It was only through these tests that the first discovery of Reika’s powers were realized.

[indent][color=red]Outside of personal life, Reika is a powerful public figure and maintains that image rightly so in the presence of her peers. As someone that speaks only when needed, it’s quite obvious that she possess excellent public speaking skills and an ability to run entire operations to their course. As such, she’s often been called crazy not speaking her mind more often then she should.

Though closer inspection would reveal the façade Reika puts on for the people around her. Dig a little deeper, and one would find a girl brimming with apathy for others and has a tendency to wander alone. She’s not depressed and she’s not anti-social, but she does prefer to not be in the center of bustling activity. 

Work as Limiter and her own real lack of caring have taken away many chances to actively integrate with those among herself, and she will often politely decline gatherings and parties hosted by other members of gathered Limiter group. But if, by chance, she does form a rare bond with another, then she will do all things in her power to keep said bond and never let it sever. [/color][/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=red]Reika can summon a cloud of black sand that works much like fire consuming all things in its path. The black sand tends to work better against living organisms as opposed to inanimate objects and is considered to be Reika’s most powerful ability. That being said, the cold girl tries to use such an effective power against the Moonmen sparingly due to its…unpleasant drawbacks inflicted on both her mind and body. [/color][/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=red]Reika excels in public speaking skills along with rallying up others with motivation and pitting them together for a common cause. It’s shame that she rarely puts this skill to good work, not caring enough for anyone else to be motivated herself. [/color][/indent][/indent]
