[@Thundercrash] I'm pretty certain that being charged repeatedly first would qualify as a Horn Attack, especially since most Pokémon don't show any visual changes while doing so. Having him charge to cause greivous bodily harm without being a move is like having a Flareon breathing fire to cause greivous bodily harm without specifically calling it Ember or Flamethrower on page :P
