He'd like to sure, probably needs too, but he doesn't quite trust anyone enough to open up that much, even with Scarlet being so transparent. Perhaps because of her transparency in some ways, he's just used to being the one people lean on, and he's afraid if he shares his hurt, people'll think he can't help them anymore, and stop coming to him. So he keeps it all locked deep beneath the dungeons of his heart. His exhaustion and the touching scene before him however were just to much. He'll pull himself together again next post. And, he'll eventually learn to open up, but it'll take some time.
