Are you with the Canadian Air Cadets? Shae would be a Warrant Officer First Class (WO1). With Sylvia being a WO2. After that you'd have Flight Sergeants, Sergeants, Flight Corporals, Corporals, Leading Air Cadet (LAC) and then just Air Cadet (AC).
