Yami began to chase after Asus, but stopped short as he unleashed a flurry of wasps towards him in a last ditch effort to escape. They were spread out far too wide for him to use his saliva, or simply eat them. The turtle-man backed away slowly as they rushed him, and quickly fell onto his back, turning into a turtle once again, and withdrawing his limbs and head into his rock-hard shell. He waited until the swarm of intruders were just about to reach him, and began to rotate slowly...

Yami shouted loudly and picked up speed, spinning rapidly on the back of his shell as the bugs swarmed him. Each one was promptly dealt with as they collided with his rough exterior, ground into a goey paste, or violently blown away by the resulting wind that his spinning produced. When he was finished, the marine captain morphed back into his human form and rose to his feet, grinding his teeth angrily as Asus escaped. Yami ran after his promptly afterwards, only to witness that all three of the invading pirates were now grouped up, face to face with the marine leader.
