Your powers should be pretty niche, by that we mean you shouldn't be well rounded. Your character should need a team in a fight like how most of the X-Men do. So while you may have some secondary powers (IE A superstrong character usually has a degree of durability), you shouldn't be able to fly, shoot laser beams and move faster than a locomotive.
