Just so I can get a better idea of what you have in mind, basically you just want everyone to post in the IC as we normally do. Every month or two though we all vote in the OOC whose post was the most enjoyable to read, made us laugh, was really creative with a fight scene, had the best background music, and/or whatever other categories we can come up with.
