Realized another problem with Tanto the Sleet. Assault Blackwings all have the effect of being treated as Tuners despite being non-Tuners if a condition is fulfilled. So I'm going to suggest this effect, which I think will keep with the spirit of the card and also the archetype as a whole.

[b]Effect:[/b] If you control a "Blackwing" monster other than "Assault Blackwing - Tanto the Sleet", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If Summoned this way, this card is treated as a Tuner monster. You can banish this card and any number of "Blackwing" monsters from your Graveyard, including at least one Tuner monster; Special Summon one "Blackwing" Synchro monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Level of the banished monsters. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) The monster Summoned by this effect is returned to the Extra Deck during the End Phase of this turn. You can only activate the effect of "Assault Blackwing - Tanto the Sleet" once per turn.
