Well, since the trailer was just released on that day, we were just being cautious.  Now that the trailer has been out for a couple days, it's probably safe to assume spoilers are not required.

I am honestly looking forward to Civil War more than Batman v Superman.  Obviously I am biased towards Marvel (and Spider-Man being in the MCU).  I just don't have as much faith in DC's film division as I do in Marvel's.  In the past decade or so, unless it had Batman in it, the film hasn't always been stellar (although I will admit that, by box office numbers, the same can be said about Marvel and Iron Man).  Sure, everything that Marvel makes isn't always golden, but it is telling when one company can capitalize on lesser known/ less popular properties (Guardians of the Galaxy) while the other still hasn't been able to get out of their "Big 3".  At least for me, DC needs to prove that they can make a movie without Batman.

DC's television series, on the other hand, are quite superb.
