In an alley, a manhole slid to the side and out climbed the blue mutant in full shield regalia. He put the manhole back and searched around for a bright blue garbage bag he left there which had his civilian clothing, taking the bag behind a dumpster, he changed out of his uniform and stuffed the sewer soaked equipment into a second garbage bag and zipped it into a duffel bag. For a moment there was a baby blue butt in the wind as he finished changing before walking out into the street with a gym bag in one hand and a lit clove cigarette in the other, He didn't usually smoke but he had to get the smell of underground out of his nose and lungs. 

"Shield, this is Wagner, I got 1,834 signatures and DNA samples, where is the closest tech agent to pass this data off to?... Understood."

Fifteen stories up and he felt his heart in his throat. Teleporting again, he was on a roof across the way and making his way in a parkour style to the nearest agent he could trust. He was soon standing before a mobile station where a technopath agent was supposed to be at work.
