[@TheTwistedOne]  Hey, would you mind going into a little more detail on monster populations in the four quarters of the city?  Aside from the North End, and maybe some in the East End/Entertainment district, it sounds like there's not a lot of monsters, and I know that can't be the case.  Actually, looking closer it says portions of West End that humans are allowed in, so I guess the west part is divided up.  Still, I'd like to know what sorts of monsters, in terms of social standing and occupations, live where.
