"This may be the only way you'll hear it for a long time." She responded with a smile of her own. Alya was caught by surprise when Ortha decided to try eat the fur hide, but sighed in relief when Rilana was able to snatch it away from the maws. When asked for whatever came with the fur, Alya hesitated for a moment before nodding, pulling the small shard out of her pouch and handing it to Rilana. She was afraid of the effect it would have on her tired friend. However, she was glad that the mindspeak was working with the Moon Fey. It was a little odd though, it didn't work before. Alya didn't dwell on the thought too much, being grateful that it was working now. Everything was so much easier now that she didn't have to keep writing on a piece of paper every time she wanted to speak with her friend. Perhaps it'll work on Trix too. The half elf couldn't help but chuckle a little as Rilana tried to make sense of the poem. It was a strange message indeed. "I'm not sure if the riddle is that literal." Alya said in a light-hearted tone, over hearing what Rilana was saying. And I'd rather you didn't try to.. She thought to herself, a small feeling of sadness in her heart. If Rilana was the Hare... She didn't know if she'd be able to handle the death of a friend.
