Yep, you merely create a character, fill out the CS and follow the direction in the OP then wait for the GMs to give the thumbs up. Then you hop into the scene and start playing. Simple and sweet, and nice to see you MelonHead. This is like the second official arena Player I've seen attracted to this rp. XD
