Aria listened to the same tale told to her by two varying degrees of sources, nodding once to Kazuki and Orihime. Being handed the letter, the Head Magister scanned through it with a serious expression. So another one of their allies had fallen? This was depressing news and the frown on Aria’s face seemed to lower just a tad bit more before she steeled herself.

So the Gessui no Kyou had been stolen by the Yotsuba Corporation…this brought grave implications indeed. She had a sneaking suspicion of who else might be involved with such a rare artifact. Placing the letter down beside, Aria fashioned a genuine smile towards Orihime.

[color=bc8dbf]“Thank you for delivering this to me Orihime. Please, feel free to enjoy yourself among the company of the Chasers for as long as you would like. I trust Kazuki will continue to take care of you, yes?”[/color] she said, eyes darting to the Chaser currently enjoying Alice’s sweets. A quick confirmation of that and Aria would then turn to Alice.

[color=bc8dbf]“It’s quite alright Alice. As a Chaser, I understand it’s your duty to protect others. Just try not to be too hasty in leaving next time, ok? Good luck until then,”[/color] she said warmly to wave the other girl off. She was a little concerned for her safety seeing as the SSS-Class Youkai was last sighted in those Red Woods, but Rui-Ling, Vincent, and even Reiko were already there on the move. It shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Besides, she had more important things to take care of. Frowning still, she got up from her seat and proceeded to walk back to her office. Along the way she noticed Isotta keeping herself distant. Figuring she should give the woman something to do, Aria said, [color=bc8dbf]“Oh, Miss Isotta. If you’d like to help out around here, I’ve been contacted by an old associate of mine from the Crimson Sky. Apparently the one causing all that graffiti has been a deep nuisance for the Church for some time now. If it’s anything to you, maybe you should check that mission out.”[/color]

With that said and done, Aria entered back into her office. The first person of choice to investigate this matter was Rui-Ling but seeing as he was busy on his mission, she would have to rely on others. The Head Magister mused to herself before transmitting her mind across the city to contact a certain biker and her “forgetful” girlfriend. 

Further away in the Red Woods themselves, the anomaly that Ceil had picked up on was moving at a slow pace. It wouldn’t take Vincent too long before he stumbled upon the creature, a towering, hulking…[url= http://i.imgur.com/l6yI5G7.jpg]thing[/url]. The creature almost looked like an alien though it was a shame Harumi wasn’t here to lampshade on this fact.

Emitting a series of strange sounds, beeps, and whirs, the creature turned around to face Vincent completely. It simply stared him down, waiting for him to make a move. If he didn’t it would simply turn away and continue lumbering about almost-mindlessly.
