I know [@NeutralNexus]'s Cowl and Jacqueline (only in Lost Haven and through her connection with Cowl) have a firm grip in the area so I suggest at least Pming Nexus to get the details and possibly see what your PC will have to deal with. Could even have had Cowl hire him for jobs and such to spy within his own organization or something. Namely that way you make sure you don't miss anything already established IC as well. Easier to get the details from the player than read and guess, know what I mean?
