Well there are 2 problems with those choices. One is an enemy to the Imperium which Jessi would have no interest in (well, on an emotional level.) And the other has no interest in him what so ever. (At least non he is aware of.)

However, I wouldn't have sent him to the baths if I wasn't game for awkward situations.
