Its real usefulness is for acts of subterfuge because it slightly impairs people's judgement, also characters who have demonstrated high willpower can resist it fairly easily at anything outside contact range, which is basically every PC in these sort of RP's. ^_^

Are those conditions suitable? I'm flexible about changing anything you have reservations about.

Yes, that answers my questions.

Before I accept your application, I would like one of the other GM's look at the character sheet.  The other two GM's have been managing this game longer than I have.  I am interested in seeing how your character plays out, but I just want one of my colleagues to look over your application just to get a second pair of eyes looking at it.  Two heads are better than one, right? :hehe
