Personality: Atsuko's a helpful, sunny sort of girl who is always willing to stick her neck out for others. Sadly, she's also dumb as a box of rocks.
Short Bio: The bastard offspring of an Okinawan hot springs owner and an American soldier, Atsuko spent most of her life helping out at the inn and performing odd jobs to support both herself and her mother. As a result, she was never very close to with her classmates and had far more experience dealing with adults and the elderly. Worried that her daughter's current lifestyle would lead to a sheltered existence, and (though she would never admit to it) more than a little tired of dealing with Atsuko's clumsiness, Ms. Higa encouraged her daughter to apply to Yuuei and become a hero.

Quirk: [b]Rokurokubi[/b]
Atsuko's Quirk manifests as a prehensile extendable neck with an upper length of roughly 50m. As a side-effect of this Quirk, the muscles, skin, bones, and assorted tissues of her head, neck, back, and hips are ridiculously dense, granting the ability to perform stone-splitting headbutts and the like. As a side-effect of being so top-heavy, she loses her balance easily and has bad limb coordination in general.
