[@Hexaflexagon] I'll take a look at the history bit in a moment to see if I like it and see if there are any discrepancies. However, for the moment I'm more concerned with two techniques, though perhaps concern is not quite the word for the first technique.

Earth Anchor.

Simply put, you don't need this. It is literally just another name for using [url=http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Chakra_Flow]Chakra flow[/url] when one utilizes the earth affinity (which would harden/increase the durability of the item).

As to Kori Shinchū no Jutsu(Sly mind Affect Technique), well you need to remove it. I talked to Gan and Write and they agreed. Firstly because Suzu has a D in genjutsu, meaning she wouldn't be able to use C ranked techniques (such as kori Shinchū no jutsu). Secondly because I feel it is a bit powerful for a genin (trust me on this), though mostly because your genin does not specifically specialize in genjutsu. If you want it, she can learn it/gain it later :)

Following that I approve of your character, thus making you accepted. Gonna take a look at the history now though.
