I can't have William beat him up, as that goes against the guys natural aversion to physical violence, but he could have given him a emphatic whammy. Say [I]'Biggie D'[/I] starts getting uppity, being a jerk, calling everyone else at the school freaks, well then Outsider walks up to him, looks him straight in the eye, and then makes him so terrified of his own shadow that for the next six hours he pisses himself in terror every time he glimpses it, or so attracted to real-oak furnishings that he spends the rest of the day rubbing himself up against the stairwell banisters of the X-mansion, crazy stuff like that. (Bad examples, I know, but it's early goddammit, and I haven't had my coffee.)
