Yes, there will always be someone more skilled to stop a fight from happening if the fight goes way to far, like a fist fight turning into a knife fight, or if someone brandishes a gun. One of the main school rules are, one must never attack a comrade with the intentions to kill.  Sparring on the other hand is another thing
