Appearance: Dizzy is a sleepy-eyed young man, with unkempt hair and usually adorned with a smirk. When he feels the need to intimidate, the his smirk will quickly shift to a wide grin, showing off large, sharp teeth.

Name: Dizzy Rockefeller

Age: 17

Personality: American transfer student, delinquent extraordinaire. Dizzy is laid-back, and seems almost incapable of worrying about the little things. Although he has a knack for getting into trouble, it's usually just general mischief, anything seriously criminal would be too much work. A crude drawing here or there, a harmless prank if he's feeling inspired, but never anything that would cause him too many issues.

He is rather transparent, never one to hide how he feels about things. This leads to him having a bit of a loud mouth at times, and he can come off as extremely disrespectful. But, as this is never his intention, it thankfully carries an airheaded charm with it, which is what has let him slip by thus far.

Short Bio: Dizzy, being a freeloader and a general slacker, admittedly seems entirely out of place among the Class A students at Yuuei. It doesn't help that he's clueless as a foreigner, not knowing the first thing about Japan. He was transferred to Yuuei due to the potency of his Quirk, which has very promising potential use in emergency rescue situations. He has a very clear attitude that he wears as a front, but will quickly become friendly once someone makes an extended attempt to talk to him. He has no real motive or drive to speak of, content with doing whatever he's good for and drifting through life as it takes him. This tends to backfire at times, as he is prone to putting important things off, which resulted in him failing a year of school due to sleeping through 70% of it.

Quirk: Mutant. Dizzy's mutation comes in a few parts. The most outstanding is the fact that his saliva has, overtime, become more and more acidic. Most immediately noticeable are his oversized teeth, made up solely of canines, giving him an almost shark-like appearance. His teeth are much harder and tougher than the bones in his body, and he has jaw strength to match. At his current point, thanks to the combined effort of these mutations, Dizzy can bite through solid stone. Steel and other harder materials, however, are still beyond him. The final is the least noticeable, in the fact that Dizzy's digestive system is much more intense to accommodate for his other mutations. Due to the quicker breakdown of nutrients, Dizzy has an incredible appetite and an even more incredible metabolism, able to digest just about whatever he eats.

Other: Worth mentioning is Dizzy's fondness for cold food (with an especially vocal love for ice cream).
