[@eyedrool] This is just my opinion, and you asked for feedback soooo.... One sentence definitely isn't enough for personality. I'd go with a paragraph or so on that. Even if it's a small paragraph.

You don't even have add to his personality at all, explain what makes him a delinquent and that would be enough.
