Well, keep in mind Lifprasil is buddies with the wind God for the sole purpose of changing the environment, and that he has incredible amounts of emotional control over regular sentients. If he becomes buddies with Illunabar he's also going to become even more charismatic than he already is - provided she wants to help him forward.
