Until then, try to keep the following in mind: Regional (read as planetary) manager, NOT the head of Galatec as a whole; controls all resources of New Earth but will sometimes have to go through red tape (damn corporations!); personally brokered the treaty between Galatec and New Earth that allowed them to take over; is subject to punishments/reviews by the Board of Directors (read as GM).
