Broccoli head? Oh they are going to get along marvelouly, I can tell. And well they actually do learn some about martial arts. Principals primarily  rooted in Tai Chi in the idea of 'flowing' past an opponent. Mostly because you can try using martial arts against evil space monsters but monsters probably will just laugh at you. But if you actually do manage to judo toss a five hundree pound mass of flesh and bone, I'll be the first to give you a medal

That and they are primarily trained in teamwork abd group tactics as doing something she just did was near sucidal at the best as even fighting a weaker monster like a golem by yourself is not an easy thing. One of those things can destory a whole town by itself without even breaking a sweat. Broccoli head may know what she is doing just yet :lol
