I don't disagree exactly, but as far as I'm concerned Vandal needs to be the guy who's gone everywhere and done everything. He's the guy who rips his enemies apart and eats their flesh. 
Basically I'm trying to say that he needs to have very [i]very[/i] strong presence whenever he's in a scene. This one...doesn't. He's just not memorable to me, and in a series with other strong characters...it's kind of a problem.

That was my thinking UNTIL season 2. Now she's somewhat better but needs a lot more work before I genuinely care about that character.
