I suggested an already existing company that was abandoned by a past Player or wasn't being used by anyone, because honestly why not use what's already there? I mean sort of pointless to have Avalon Industries and Ren Co there if they are never going to be sure, isn't it? That's part of why I took Gene Co was because it was a possibly resource that available to me. If both are being used, and owned, then Sep can easily make a new company and have that company establish links with the existing ones. I just get a little tired of seeing sources that in plain sight never used or fleshed out. A bit of a pet peeve I guess.
