I took the liberty of assuming that Maize continued to follow Slough and party. Do you intend to respond to this part of my recent post, or can I just assume that Maize went with Ventus and that Jvan didn't see fit to talk after they landed by the river mouth?

If you want to respond then no rush; I'm just wondering whether Ventus can go home yet or if there's still a need for him to stay down on Galbar.

True to his promise, Ventus had done as Jvan asked so soon as time allowed him. Perhaps she would see fit reward him still or perhaps she would not, but in the end it mattered not. Ventus would work with whatever tools he had to see to grand completion the tasks set before him: the glory and delight in eventual success was reward enough in its own right.
