Yeah it did seem like the company was going down the Evil Inc route. Personally I have a few City Level archs coming later down Eva's time line. I alluded to one months ago and will probably happen a few weeks after this Pax Metahumana has been settled. It will only affect parts of New York as I'm planning on most of my side characters to deal with it

Although I do hope some other OCs like Aubrey and Might will help out even if it's indirectly.
