Tsukiko noticed that Vincent wasn't going to answer her where she was about to leave the room not caring whether he answered or not. Then Maisy did manage to catch her attention pulling it away from Vincent where she thought she had just saw her write something into her book though it could just be dueling notes she was acquiring through Vincent by asking him how to help with Hayate's situation. She fixed her attention toward the elevator since there was absolutely no other reason for her to stay in the Card Shop. She showed a little bit of confusion on her face as her eyes looked like they were caught a little bit by surprise. She also had a hint of doubt and suspicion also that covered her face as she waited for the elevator to arrive on her floor so she could take it back to the dorms. She respected Vincent as a person, but his deck was not as impressive as she had been lead onto think even though it was mixed emotions that had surfaced during that duel making tensions inside her high when it came to her thoughts about him at the time. When she had a chance against it she was very disappointed with how layered his deck was with cards that could only be stopped by a select few cards. Also, his deck was just too old-fashioned where most of the monsters he had she had seen before in the World Tournament when she was watching her brother duel. She had saw nothing really impressive that was new in his deck. Letting off a deep sigh as she gently ran her fingers into her hair she stared at the elevator door waiting for her ride to appear. "As much as I would want to think Vincent is cool, he just doesn't give me that sensation. Sure, he does help people but the way he duels is just boring. As arrogant as my brother and thinks winning is everything willing to destroy anything that gets in his way. The worst part is, he and my brother are not that much different aside from my brother built everything with his own two hands. It's just so pathetic I don't even want to think about it." Tsukiko really wanted to believe that Vincent might be trustworthy, but the ruthless nature of his duels made her think he only cared about himself. He made that more evident by not even answering her focusing his attention on his duels with Hayate and Maisy which might have hurt his chances with her. She wasn't ready to give him the benefit of the doubt after being ignored outright. But she wasn't about to give up on him just yet. She would see if he tried to make up for his lack of empathy toward her just a moment ago. But she wasn't holding her breath for anything. She wouldn't be disappointed either way if he didn't. It would just confirm that maybe her demon's suspicions about him might be quite accurate. With that thought wrapped around her brain, she wondered if that question before asked by the part of her which was far more cold than she is right now was true? She had reason to believe that maybe that part of her character maybe correct in not wanting to trust Vincent. Failing to answer her after being so sincere and open didn't really help him gain any leverage with her. In fact, the fact that he ignored her might have pushed her more to believe that her demon inside her might be telling the truth. The frustration nearly built inside her nearly exploding from the capacity being too pressured. This troubled her leaving her with mixed opinions on what to think about Vincent even though there was a hazy mist inside her mind that made it hard for her to fully concentrate which was obviously her dizziness. "His deck is too dull. A lot of those cards like Chaos Sorcerer I've seen before and there wasn't really anything in there that was fresh off the press. Also that ultimate dragon of his is just a dried up version of the old Chaos Emperor Dragon." "Could I really consider him a friend? I don't know..." Tsukiko questioned as she trying to keep her thoughts in check so they didn't overwhelm her. There was truth that his deck really disappointed her, but not as much as his character made her question whether she could actually let someone who had little understanding on how the cruel reality of the world works get closer to her. She still had that sudden fear of being betrayed and used for their personal gain which she could not shake from her thoughts. No matter how much she wanted to, it clung to her like if it were glued to her mind to begin with. Tsukiko heard a ding where the large metal doors flapped opened allowing her complete entry where she pressed the floor button which lead to the dorms as she contemplated her thoughts while the doors closed. She didn't quite understand what drove her to ask Vincent that question nor did she know why she was provoked to say what she did in front of him. It wasn't like it was embarrassing since what she said was something any normal person would say when they were in need of someone who could provide them comfort and safe haven from what haunted them that they were trying to escape. "I need some sleep." Tsukiko said while in the elevator thinking that she didn't know what she was saying when she approached Vincent before entering the elevator. After all, she was confused and she was a little discolored from the slight paleness which you could see on her face. She shook her head knowing that she would forget completely about what she had told him. He still didn't completely convince her that he was someone who could be worthy of her trust even though he did save her from the influence of that card she used earlier. She still had her doubts where she thought he just pretend to care. "Why did I say that to him?" She shook her head in disbelief slightly nudging it from left to right. Still confused and still plagued by the fatigue and dizziness she was going through she tried to retain her focus even if she wasn't in the greatest condition to do so. The elevator had finally reached the floor as Tsukiko found it hard to think in the current condition she was in. She walked out of the elevator turning the corner as she headed toward her room. She was about to arrive at her room when she didn't notice someone was in front of her though she was also a little disoriented still at the time. She heard a sound for a moment where she turned around to look then ran right into the back of someone where she stumbled backwards falling down on her butt as her deck of cards popped out of the holder and scattered all over the floor. She cringed as she fell to the floor with cards all around her as her eyes were still closed from the sudden impact.
