1. A magus's tool. Examples would be like Kayneth's Mercury Moeblob, Rin's Azoth Sword, Kiritsugu's Contender, and the like. 
2. Just the standard E-A ranking. You can include + modifiers, which indicates an ability to momentarily double that stat. For instance, B+ means it's usually B, but it can be momentarily raised to double that.
3. I haven't received any apps for Lancer, but like I said above, I'm not reserving classes for people. If you want to be Lancer, you'll just need to be the first person who gets a Lancer app approved.
