No worries.
Selecting jutsus can be a bitch. In this game we haven't even given you any guidelines for amount and stuff. We want people to get creative. It's also a good way to measure if the players share our idea of "chuunin-level" or if we have to call your mum and complain...
Anyway, feel free to post a WIP and we (and the other players) can give you feedback, might help you get unstuck.

To start off. I think you have a fine concept to work with, I would like to have more info on what happened in the mist (why was the clan killed?) and what kind of techniques are in the scroll (along with info on KG). But that will surely come as you finish the dude. Apart from that... Hatter pointed out a few things... Yeah, keep it up and I think we have a good future character. We talked about the background and we agreed that it would be best for you to write our your whole idea before we start picking at details.

Seriously, don't show anyone our skype log. No one wants to see our skype log. I don't want to look at our skype log. 
While it is true that we've spent hours talking about every little detail of some seriously ridiculous  elements of both Naruto and anime as a whole, that time is dwarfed by the time we've spent insulting and pissing each other off. (for fun)
