Use the full name of the Servant. Also, please put the image in a hider, makes things tidier. 

Please specify the alignment further. IE, Lawful Good, Neutral Good, or Chaotic Good. 

The weapons shouldn't have special properties without becoming Noble Phantasms. Further, as a member of the Saber class, he should only have access to his sword. The Class System exists to prevent Servants with similar characteristics from being posited. 

True Name Discernment is not a Saber Class Skill. Sabers have Magic Resistance and Riding. True Name Discernment is for the Ruler Class, which is not being summoned in this war. 

Is there a difference between Ladykiller and a low-rank Mystic Face? If not, just make it a Mystic Face. 

What is the Noble Phantasm based on? There are other issues with it, but that's the first one I want to address.
