[@Nevix] Your description for Magic Resistance: B is wrong. B is "Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected." However, seeing as he had no exposure to magecraft in his life, B is definitely too high. C should be his absolute max, and even that just because the Saber class container is helping him. Add the Riding Class Skill. Add ranks to the Personal Skills. The Noble Phantasm has an issue in that the whole point of a Noble Phantasm is that it's the crystallization of a feat or legend. You can say it's a crystallization of his skill, sure, but that's A. covered by Blademaster and B. pretty illogical considering that, in the grand scope of all Heroic Spirits, his skill isn't really anything special. We have Knights of the Round Table, a wraith who can utilize a fragment of a True Magic, a martial artist who can kill with a single strike without fail, a demigod hero skilled to the point that he's able to overturn logic and do A rank attacks with B rank strength, and so on. I just don't see his legend as demonstrating skill enough to where just skill alone can become a Noble Phantasm. I recommend either looking for a feat with his sword that you can sublimate into an NP, or try someone else. Sorry if that sounds unhelpful.
