Reinforced future-concrete, occasionally reinforced with metal alloy

The only things made of considerable amounts of alloy are the weapon emplacements. The hangars themselves might have sheet metal covering the tops, like typical 21st century hangars. Also nothing is energy shielded, so we pretty much get to go to town.
