Powers: Harmony: "Peace from within"
Discord: "Every fiber of your being shall wage war unto itself."
Purity and Corruption: "Without Chaos, there can be no order. There is no Order without Chaos. With these blades I shall keep the balance."
Divine Verdict: "Guilty"

[hider=Explanation] Harmony: With a raise of his left hand, Staterus can remove the will to fight from the most ferocious of warriors. The effect lasts only five minutes and doesn't work on Gods or Goddesses.
Discord: With a raise of his right hand, Staterus can cause molecular chaos within a person. None of their atoms follow the brain's orders, essentially paralyzing them. Same restrictions as above.
Purity and Corruption: A set of daggers, one white and one black. They are made of an unknown, indestructible material. They are able to harm every non-divine being, but have no other special powers.
Divine Verdict: Staterus calls down a ray of holy light from the heavens. If an altogether evil person is within the ray of light, they're paralyzed with searing pain until either Staterus runs out of strength or another person removes them from the light. As with all powers, doesn't work on divine beings.[/hider]

Weaknesses: Fallen God: Staterus's powers do not affect divine beings, and he has no resistance to their abilities.
God of Balance: Staterus's emotions must remain in constant balance with each other. Should on of his emotions become too strong (example: Anger), his powers won't work until he gets himself under control.
Heretic: After he was cast from his unknown pantheon, Staterus is unable to enter any sacred place or place of worship

Personality: Staterus is the very picture of balance. He is neither good nor evil, happy nor sad. He may ehibit these emotions, but there is not one domineering trait in his psyche. An exception may be calm, even in the face of perilous dangers. Staterus's outward emotions rarely break from gentle amusement.

Bio: Staterus was a God. He was the God of balance in some ancient, unknown pantheon. Due to a spat with the God of Law, he was cast down. He found himself in an actual body on Earth, forever branded with the Heretic's Curse. WIth no way to reach the long-forgotten Gods of his pantheon, he's searched for revenge in other places. With a hatred of authority, it only made sense to topple the highest authority. The Chrisitan God of Heaven.
