1: The bullets themselves would damage someone/something based on how much force she pushed with it. It wouldn't, say, go through a building, but with enough force it could shoot someone in the foot or something.

2: I can reword that. That's kind of where I wanted to start her biography.

3: I kind of took Fern's character sheet as inspiration in that regard with Salvador. I can move that to a different section if need be, though.
