Lots of knives around here, not a lot of variety. I could spice things up with a knife with a taser-strength electric blade. Runs on a rechargeable battery that lasts all day, like the PHILE.

As for the impact cannon, watch the reveal trailer for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided." Adam Jensen has one built into his arm (called a PEPS) that uses an invisible pressure wave to instantly knock three attackers off their feet and into unconsciousness. I'm going to say the Impact Cannon does the same thing, still limiting it to two uses a day.
