Given her regeneration... maybe one ton should be enough. Though, you can mix both abilities together a bit more by saying that every time she uses her strength, she gets injured has to regenerate. Should be cool.

The thing is, you [i]don't[/i] have to make a total emulation of Deadpool's abilities (Especially since 90% of what he does is a joke). The teleporter (and the satchel for that matter) seems tacked on to her power set (especially since you said she found it).
