Insanity is a relative term, don't you think? :p It should be all races...unless I miss-HUMANITY.. Well. I'll get to them later. They're as militarized as one can get with stone weaponry. Not so much domination as [I]lots of chaos until the gods stop it[/I]. Aside from Astarte,Slough and a couple others...pretty much, yeah.
