If you want to quote a post, just press the 'Quote' button on the bottom right of the post you want to quote.

If you want to mention, you can either type out someone's name like this

[ @Caits ]  But with the bracket together to get it to work or press the '@Mention' button on the person you want to mention post right beside the quote button.
