Sorry to have Jar ditch Hunter like that, but he can be kind of inconsiderate and douchey. Also, everyone does need to separate to allow for the betrayal couple to meet and hookup without anyone seeing. Last time everyone found out waaayyyy too quickly and it ruined the real drama. There must be sneaking around and then dramatic revelations.
