I'm so pumped to finally play Dakota again. She was originally a RWBY oc who had a semblance for electricity which she augmented by ingesting dust, meaning that she *could* stick a fork into an outlet for a quick pick-me-up or hold a lightbulb between her teeth to light it, but also risked totally backfiring on herself. She's always been somewhat of a mad experimenter type. I hope I can do her justice in this RP ^_^
