[@Kouki] In as much as there IS a rebel army, sure. Small pockets of resistance exist, but they're more like ragtag groups of stragglers and independent individuals trying to fruitlessly make a difference.

[@Wade Wilson] While I have had ideas for the 6th ranger, the only thing that's set in stone is how they get their powers. I have my preferences, but I can't take creative liberties away from the players on too high of a scale.
