Billie will nod a bit and go into their stash. And Alex will give him a look. "It's not a big deal for us. And it's not a handout, man. We'd rather help you guys than have you going on blood rages. We had a discussion about it, and we both agreed. Clary is also pulling all her favors together." He'll tell him and when Billie comes back she'll have three little bags. 
"One for you, one for Zach, one for Rose. I'd rather have you all set up for a few days rather than have to clean up a mess. And if the need is dire before then tell me. I should be getting more next week, but I still have enough for an emergency."

If she stops selling Billies blood, she'd drop it. But she has more than one reason for being so protective of her blood. But for real, Billie would drop the whole thing if she stopped selling her blood.
