There was really too much going on here. That was what Meruin thought as her personality was violently shunted out of the rabbit Heather-Meruin held and forced back into her own body. The sudden shock of sensory overlord briefly caused the small witch to stagger. Thankfully, this sensation was not entirely new to her -- she had grown desensitized to being away from her body before jumping back abruptly, so she regained her bearings in a moment. Not being able to respond immediately to the apparently-not-ogre and the conventionally attractive librarian woman due to the sudden influx of events, Meruin took a deep breath, before walking towards the two of them, keeping her eye on the possibly mentally-challenged young man and the likely to be mentally-challenged woman that set herself on fire, and eventually ended up behind the formerly mentioned two. Better to be with the sane ones, she thought. In response, Heather's voice remarked in her mind: "And you would know who's sane how?" Ignoring that, she turned to Cole, regarding the chill that penetrated the air of the library with an open look of curiosity. "I would prefer not to have to leave the Library sir, as I do have some important business to take care of. Oh, but by all means please call Mister Gall. He's a rather fascinating subject, and I don't get too many opportunities to observe him up close," she delivered in he characteristically earnest deadpan. "Oh, and good morning," she said, nodding at Katsumi, before turning to Arata, "and you too, Mister Not-Ogre. As to what I was doing, why do you ask?"
