[@Archmage MC] ... You're exaggerating her power level a bit. Where did I say that she can destroy a city? She can only, at most, effect a few blocks with a storm - and even then, there's a [i]lot[/i] of limits that stop her power from being an instant "activate to win" button. I was going to add some [i]more[/i] drawbacks once a few come to me, but yeah.
