[@Kouki] It means I'm being vague on purpose because it doesn't matter. It's not the type of detail that I'll be focusing on for this setting, so individuals can be whatever we want them to be. Some positions for loyal and trained humans might be personal bodyguard, security, director of Githkin warriors, slave master, and the like. No gladiator matches. That's a waste of resources and would cut into profit margins. ;)
